Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.alliancestarbg.com(the “Site”), operated by Alliance Star Business Group PLC (“ASBG”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site is informational

Content on the Site — product specifications, capabilities, partner listings, and marketing copy — is for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell, a binding quote, or a guarantee of availability. Final pricing, delivery terms, and product availability are provided in writing by our sales team in response to a formal inquiry.

2. Quotes and inquiries

When you submit our Contact form or AI chat assistant, you are requesting information. We respond within 24 hours, but we are not obliged to enter into a commercial relationship with any prospective buyer. Acceptance of any order is subject to a separate written contract (typically a Letter of Credit) between ASBG and the buyer.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy, or systematically download Site content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other access controls.
• Do not submit false information through any form on the Site.
• Do not use the AI assistant for unlawful purposes, including circumventing sanctions screening.
• Do not impersonate ASBG, our staff, or any third party.

4. Sanctions and export control

ASBG complies with applicable Ethiopian, U.S., U.K., E.U., and U.N. trade sanctions and export-control regulations. Any prospective transaction may be subject to OFAC and equivalent screening. If you are located in or acting on behalf of a sanctioned jurisdiction or party, you may not use the Site to request quotes or place orders.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, photographs, product imagery, and copy on the Site are the property of ASBG or its licensors. The Hyundai trademark is owned by Hyundai Construction Equipment and used under our authorized dealer agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of these without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and AI

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Our AI customer-service assistant is provided for convenience and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information; rely on a written reply from a member of our sales team before making any commercial decision.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ASBG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASBG WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The courts of Addis Ababa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site. Commercial transactions are governed separately by the terms of the relevant sales contract.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
